These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlowX website, AI assistants, and related services (the "Services"). By using our Services or engaging FlowX for a project, you agree to these Terms.

FlowX provides website design and development, AI-powered customer assistants, and automation and CRM setup for small businesses worldwide. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

You agree to use our Services lawfully and not to misuse them, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems. AI assistants are provided for legitimate business communication only.

Pricing is provided on a per-project basis through a custom quote following a free consultation. Payment terms, deposits and any optional ongoing maintenance fees are set out in your individual agreement.

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered website and content created specifically for you. FlowX retains rights to its underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components. Concept and demo work shown in our portfolio remains the property of FlowX.

AI assistants generate responses automatically and, while trained on your business information, may occasionally produce inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the information your assistant relies on. FlowX is not liable for decisions made solely based on automated responses.

Our Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
